You can make your request through our WhatsApp channel, fill out the initial contact form to get set up on our pet sitting software Time To Pet or just text us the date/time that suits you for a Premium Pet Sitting visit.

We will explain everything about our services and provide you with a quote. After that, we will set up a free first Meet & Greet visit to meet you and your pet, so we learn all about your pet’s habits and routine before scheduling a regular visit.

No, all of our services are offered in the comfort of your own pet’s home. This helps to keep your pet’s routine, and to reduce any stress levels while you’re away since they will be in the comfort of their environment (i.e. familiar smells, feeding, playing, routines, etc.).

We ask you to get in contact with us within 24 hours before the visit date for regular customers. For a late booking (less than 24 hours before the visit schedule request), we will try our best to accommodate it in our agenda and will charge you a QR 10 fee plus the visit service, according to our Terms & Conditions (that you have agreed upon joining Sweet Home Pet Sitter as a client).

For new customers, we ask you to contact us at least 2 days in advance, considering we will need to schedule your free Meet & Greet (where we get the opportunity to meet your pets) before your first service.

Beware that for holidays and the high season (January, May, June, July, August, and December) we require you to request a schedule within 30 days in advance.

When you start the service, you will meet with 1-2 of our staff. They will be your primary pet sitters/dog walkers. Our foremost priority is the safety and security of our clients, their pets, and their property. We make sure to carefully screen each of our sitters before starting.

Our staff members are dedicated employees, not contractors. Having our staff work together as a team ensures that clients receive quality consistent care from each member. In addition to the multiple interviews, background checks, and reference checks, we also dedicate a lot of time and resources to training our staff.

All Sweet Home Pet Sitter sitters are lifelong pet owners (more than one year of experience dealing with pets) and, most importantly, have a true love for all animals and their well-being. Our team is fully prepared and trained to deliver premium pet-sitting/care services to our clients.

Should anything happen to your pet while in our care, we will attempt to contact you first and take your pet to the vet OR the nearest vet/emergency vet if the one provided is not available. You will be responsible for payment as the owner. Remember that at the moment you schedule the first visit with Sweet Home Pet Sitter, we will request you to fill up our Veterinary Medical Care Release Form and this is our formal document to back up any emergencies that may happen.
